GIFTING SAGE REFUNDS POLICY

First of all, if you are reading this it may very well mean that you have placed or are about to place your very first order with us. For that we'd like to thank you because without you, we wouldn't be here.
The sole purpose of this page is to give you the utmost confidence in shopping with us. We understand that a variety of issues can happen when ordering online and we've done our best to accommodate a variety of scenarios, so you can be certain you'll have a great experience shopping with us. Below you can read of the various benefits and guarantees you are covered by as a customer of Gifting sage.
Our 24 hour no questions asked cancellation policy:
Any customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of their purchase no questions asked. Simply contact us on support@giftingsage.com and we'll expedite this request for you.
24 Hours after you place your order, mostly your order is being prepared to be shipped or has already been scheduled for shipped so the 24-hr policy no longer covers the order, but instead the options below may apply.
Return Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. For damaged or wrong products received, please attach an image or two of the product, showing the problem.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@giftingsage.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items which are personalized with engraving or other personalized options are not returnable as they cannot be restocked.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be for the item price paid only. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@giftingsage.com
Some examples of allowed reasons for refunds or replacements:
1. You have received a damaged item
2. You have received the wrong color /variant of an item
3. Your order was lost during transit
In the rare and unfortunate event your parcel was lost during transit, we will of course offer you a free replacement of the product or a full refund depending on your preference.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Address:
To return your product, please contact us for the correct return address at support@giftingsage.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as we do not have control or communication directly with all the couriers.
